Refund and Cancellation Policy

How subscriptions are cancelled and when payments are refunded.

Last updated: 5 October 2026

This policy is a draft pending legal review. It may change before it is finalised. For questions, please contact us.

Trials

Trials are free. No payment is taken during a trial, so there is nothing to refund.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us before your next renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: the service stays available until then, and the subscription does not renew.

Refunds

Subscription fees, monthly or yearly, are non-refundable, and unused months of a yearly plan are not refunded, except where the law requires a refund or your order says otherwise.

If you were charged in error, for example twice for the same period, contact us and we will correct it.

Implementation and custom services

Implementation, data migration, training and custom development are governed by the order or statement of work for that engagement. Fees for work already performed are non-refundable; how any unused prepaid services are handled is set out in that document.

Your data after cancellation

Before your subscription ends, you can export your data. See the Data Processing Agreement for how long data is kept afterwards.
