This policy is a draft pending legal review. It may change before it is finalised. For questions, please contact us.
You must not
- Use the service for anything unlawful, including fraud, tax evasion or issuing false invoices
- Upload malware, or attempt to gain access to accounts, companies or systems you are not authorised to use
- Probe, scan or test the security of the service without written permission from Aurex
- Overload the service, for example with automated requests far beyond normal use
- Share sign-in credentials between people, or resell access without an agreement with Aurex
- Store content that infringes others' rights or that you have no right to process
Tax and e-invoicing submissions
Invoices submitted to tax authorities through Aurex are submitted in the customer's name using the customer's credentials. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data it submits.
If this policy is breached
Aurex may suspend access that puts the service, other customers or third parties at risk, and will contact the customer to resolve the issue where it can.
