What is Aurex ERP?
A cloud ERP for finance, inventory, sales, purchasing, HR and industry operations such as hotels, restaurants, schools and clinics, in Arabic and English.
Is Aurex ZATCA Phase 2 compliant?
Yes. E-invoicing is part of the Sales module: Aurex produces the required XML, applies the cryptographic stamp and QR code, and handles clearance for B2B invoices and reporting for B2C.
Does Aurex support FBR digital invoicing in Pakistan?
Yes, through PRAL using your own FBR token, with Punjab PRA eIMS and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa KPRA RIMS integration. Sindh and Balochistan will follow once those authorities publish their specifications.
Does Aurex work in Arabic?
Yes. The whole interface runs right-to-left in Arabic, and documents can be printed in Arabic and English.
Can one account run several companies or branches?
Yes. Each legal entity is a separate company with its own ledger and tax registration, and branches and warehouses sit within each company.
Can Aurex run in a private environment?
Yes. Aurex runs as a multi-tenant cloud service, or in a dedicated private environment for organisations that need control over where their data is hosted.
Can we move our existing data into Aurex?
Yes. Opening balances, customers, suppliers, items and open documents are migrated as part of implementation; see the implementation guide for how it works.
How is Aurex priced?
Plans are Basic, Advance and Ultimate, billed monthly or yearly, with up to 10, 25 or 100 users. The pricing page lists current prices, and you can request a quote for a custom set of modules.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can register for a trial from the website; the account is activated after it is reviewed.
