Cookie Policy
This policy explains which cookies Aurex uses on its website and application, and why.

This policy is a draft pending legal review. It may change before it is finalised. For questions, please contact us.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser so it can recognise your browser on later requests.
Cookies we use
- aurex_erp_session — keeps your session working as you move between pages. Strictly necessary; expires after two hours of inactivity.
- XSRF-TOKEN — protects forms against cross-site request forgery. Strictly necessary; expires after two hours.
- Remember-me cookie — set only if you choose "remember me" when signing in, so you stay signed in on that device.
What we do not use
The Aurex website does not use advertising cookies, and does not load analytics or tracking scripts on its public pages.
Third-party resources
Some pages load fonts and icons from Google Fonts and cdnjs. Those services receive your IP address when your browser requests the files, as with any web request, but they do not set cookies on the Aurex website. The WhatsApp chat link opens WhatsApp only when you choose to use it.
Controlling cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the strictly necessary cookies, signing in and submitting forms will not work.
