How an Aurex implementation works

A clear sequence from first workshop to go-live, so you know what happens when and what your team needs to prepare.

The six stages

  1. DiscoveryWe map how your business runs today: sales, purchasing, stock, finance, HR and any industry operations, plus your tax registrations in each country.
  2. ConfigurationCompanies, branches, warehouses, chart of accounts, tax settings, users and permissions are set up to match what discovery found.
  3. Data migrationOpening balances, customers, suppliers, items and open documents are loaded, checked against your current system and corrected before go-live.
  4. TrainingThe people who will use Aurex every day are trained on their own processes, not only on a demo company.
  5. Go-liveYou start transacting in Aurex on an agreed date, with e-invoicing connected where it applies.
  6. Early supportThe first weeks after go-live get close attention, so questions are answered quickly and adjustments are made while habits form.

What your team should prepare

  • A named owner who can make decisions for the project
  • Your current chart of accounts and opening balances at the cut-over date
  • Customer, supplier and item lists in a spreadsheet
  • Tax registration numbers for each company, and e-invoicing credentials where required
  • A list of the reports your management relies on today

Common questions

Do we have to migrate years of history?
Usually not. Most businesses migrate opening balances and open documents, and keep the old system available read-only for history.
When is e-invoicing connected?
During configuration, using your own credentials from the tax authority, and tested before go-live so the first live invoice is not the first attempt.
