Last Updated: April 2nd, 2026Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Aurex ERP platform, the Aurex Portal, and the associated services operated by Aurex Enterprise Solutions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Aurex ERP provides an integrated suite of cloud-based enterprise resource planning tools, including but not limited to Finance, CRM, Logistics, Production, and HR modules. Our services are provided primarily via a SaaS (Software as a Service) model. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with or without notice.
3. User Accounts & Security
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription, Billing, and the Aurex Portal
Access to our premium features requires a valid subscription managed through the Aurex Portal. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Fees: You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable.
- Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it via the Portal dashboard.
- Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or specified in a signed Enterprise Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Taxes: All fees are exclusive of taxes (such as VAT in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) unless otherwise stated.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Aurex Enterprise Solutions and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Aurex.
6. User Content & Data Residency
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"). You are responsible for the User Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
Aurex ERP adheres to local data residency laws where applicable. For clients in specific regions, we guarantee that primary production data resides within approved local clusters (e.g., KSA-based nodes for public sector compliance).
7. Prohibited Uses
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms. You agree not to use the Service:
- In any way that violates any applicable local or international law.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Aurex, an Aurex employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
- To engage in "data scraping" or unauthorized extraction of software architecture.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Aurex, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; and (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or data.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
